Booking Information

  • A deposit of £100 is required as a safeguard against any possible damage or mishaps. This will be returned to you after the function.
  • Unconfirmed bookings will only be held for two weeks.
  • If the bar is used for functions, it will close at 11:30pm.
  • Music must cease by 11:30pm.
  • Guests are requested to leave by midnight.
  • A list of guest's names is required at least three days before the function.
  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Drinks consumed on our premises must be purchased from our bar. We must be notified if you wish to bring any special drinks as we are bound by law to charge for corkage. Soft drinks for children's parties are except.
  • If bringing your own catering it is your responsibility to clear away any leftovers.
  • We can supply a hot water urn on request, but the club accepts to liability if anyone is injured while using the urn.
  • If you wish to decorate the hall beforehand, please let us know. The club accepts no liability for any injury sustained whilst putting up decorations. No tape is allowed to be placed on the floor, especially the dance floor.
  • Please leave the venue in a clean and tidy condition. Please dispose of all rubbish in the provided bins, and remove any decorations.
  • If you would like to move or rearrange any tables or chairs, please return them to their original positions afterwards.
